Philip Glebow is Chief Architect and VP of Data, AI, and MarTech at Catalyst Brands — the operating company behind JCPenney, Aéropostale, Brooks Brothers, Lucky Brand, and Nautica — where he leads enterprise AI adoption, data platform modernization, and marketing technology across the portfolio. Prior to Catalyst, he led enterprise architecture at Gap, Inc., and before retail spent more than a decade as a software architect in financial services at BlackRock and Barclays Global Investors. He began his career as a consultant at KPMG Consulting (later BearingPoint), delivering custom software for clients in telecommunications and entertainment. Mr. Glebow holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and an M.S. in Bioinformatics from The Johns Hopkins University.
